Why does اژدها, a word of Persian origin, have the broken plural اژادر? And are there other examples of such pairs?

Hi there. As far as I know, this type of plural originally exists in the Arabic language and since the Persian language has been influenced by the Arabic language, we sometimes see Persian words with a broken plural form. For example, the plural of the word ارمنی which mean Armenian is ارامنه (arâmane)! However, people say ارمنی ها as well!

In Persian, this type of plural is more common when it comes to borrowed Arabic words!
