Need help with A Theoretical Business law example question

Clifford Witter was a dance instructor at the Arthur Murray Dance Studios in Cleveland. As a condition of employment, he signed a contract not to work for a competitor. Subsequently, he was hired by the Fred Astaire Dancing Studios, where he taught the method that he had learned at Arthur Murray. Arthur Murray sued to enforce the noncompete contract. What would be result? What additional information, if any, would you need to know to decide the case?

There are number of legal and factual items we must know before answering.

1) What is the OH no compete law? Is it more in favor of employee or employee? Many states sway one way or another and the details of the OH law are important here, either statutory law or by court precedent. Legal Research is required.

2) Regarding the facts:

1. What is the proximity of the 2 dance studios?
2. What is the duration of lapsed time between the to jobs?
3. Did Witter actively persuade any of his prior students to follow him to the new studio?

These are some but not all of the facts necessary to answer the question and a review of the OH law will provide additional.
