I have a legal background as I graduated from Law School and passed three bar exams, but I work in Project Management and Program Management. Hi, I am Lori. I love helping, mentoring and training. My background is unique. I have a legal background as I graduated from Law School and passed three bar exams, but I work in Project Management and Program Management. I consider myself an expert in writing and overall communication. Throughout my career, I have been known to be energetic and have trained and presented on a number of topics. Because I have always focused on communications in my roles and trainings, I am also tutoring on public speaking and grammar / English.
With a law degree and a background in compliance and certified in Lean Six Sigma and PMP, I have taken and passed many tests in my day and would love to help you excel in passing exams and improving your knowledge. I am excited to support you in your studies of project management (including PMP, which I have taught), business (I have worked in corporate America for many years and lead trainings on many topics) and paralegal or legal studies (I have a JD and am an experienced attorney). I have a passion for both Law and Project Management, so much so that I have created a career niche for myself combining the two. I have taught many project management courses, formal and informal in nature and I have tutored students in both areas over the years. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with you on either or both of these unique topics.
I am responsive and want to help you excel at your goals. I have taken and passed more tests than most people. I have passed all required tests to complete 2 degrees, as well as 3 bar exams, the Project Management certification test (PMP by PMI), the lean six sigma green belt test and the test to become a qualified kaizen facilitator. Thus, I have a unique philosophy regarding passing tests, and it has helped my own children. I will share, I promise.

After I completed my education, I spent 10+ years in Financial Services, where I worked daily in legal and compliance, managing a variety of business projects and overseeing numerous improvement initiatives involving standard operating procedures and mutual fund fundamentals. After being employed in financial services, I was employed in both the medical and bio-pharmaceutical industries and, also spent 4.5 years in the high tech industry. As a global program manager, my role has always been to immerse myself in all areas of business. Managing improvement initiatives in both the manufacturing and service industries, I have led cross-functional teams within Innovation, Research and Development, Marketing, Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, Sales and Sales Enablement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Customer Service and enabling functions including Legal and Compliance and Human Resources. My unique business experience gives me a bird's eye view of business and its operations. I have an expertise in end-to end fundamentals and operations of organizations, generally, and a step-by-step understanding of business processes.

Lori has been helping me throughout the entirety of my paralegal program. She has been patient with me as I have struggled through some of the more complex assignments. Outstanding Tutor

Lori has been tutoring me in Project Management (Masters program). Since PM is a completely different field from my academic/career background (Political Science & Law), I found that I needed help with a lot of my assignments that require a more technical approach and visual presentations.
