First I would say that religious texts might have special formats or standard forms that should be followed. As a general sentence, the answer is no. You might want to put a comma after "life" but in fact the adj. clause limits, or restricts the noun so you wouldn't want to put a comma here.

I agree with Emily, and cannot help but notice that the sentence reads like the notation in a greeting card. If one were to present it in three lines... the first ending with "today", the second with "life", and the third with "way", it would actually have nice poetic "Hallmark haiku" meter. My rule of thumb for commas is to place them where one would normally pause to take a breath.
