I just signed on to Wyzant...sorry I couldn't help sooner. I went through this streaming setup many times while at the college where I taught and professionally.
I used a Tricaster there, but there are much less expensive solutions. Like the Tricaster, the Atem switcher (aka video mixer) has Streaming capability. This device has an expanded software monitoring platform that actually extends the capabilities of the switcher. Your client (or you) would need a streaming account like Youtube or any of the dozens of other hosts. A standard website is not a good choice unless it specifically offers a streaming server within. Video is resource intensive over the internet.
If you are ceiling mounting lights, as long as they have the right bracket, a "helicopter" bracket will do the trick. I carry a couple of these in my grip kit.
The Black Magic Shuttle is a good choice for monitor/record capability. A PTZ setup is a good choice, since these cameras have the ability to program and switch from wide shot to close up instantly, thus giving you another camera angle.
Hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.
