Again every time we go 360 degrees we are right back where we started so we can subtract 360 twice and land up with a degree measure of 945 -720 = 225degrees which is in quadrant 3

Tangent is y/x or sin/cosine. I prefer to just work with x and y. x and y are both negative in quadrant 3 so tangent will be positive. A negative divided by a negative is positive
