Elizabeth Holmes CEO of Theranos is charged with massive fraud. I'm watching her interviews on YouTube from her rise to her fall. On YouTube comments sections, some people say she's a **psychopath** and some say she's a **sociopath**, usually without providing strong argument. Is it safe to say that she's got psychological disorder without any mental health investigation?
It is completely inappropriate and unfair to diagnose someone without specialized training and without strong neuropsychological testing. Comments by people online often use misguided misunderstandings of catch phrases and terms they often don't understand. Sociopathy and psychopathy should be only identified by trained professionals, often forensic psychologists. The likelihood of one or more posting diagnostic information without supporting their argument is low and any one of them making those claims without support should be taken as personal opinion.
