Envy is a serious, potentially destructive sin, condemned throughout the Bible. However, it is not "an unforgivable sin."
According to Jesus Himself, there is only one sin which cannot be forgiven. You can find His words concerning this recorded in the New Testament (Matthew 12:31-32; Mark 3:28-29; Luke 12:10).
This answer may lead to even more questions. If so, a good dictionary and solid Bible commentaries would be very helpful.
