If I have two calibrated monitors, will Photoshop pick the right monitor profile?

I have calibrated several different monitors. Will Photoshop be able to pull up the correct color profile depending on which monitor I am showing Photoshop on?

From my understanding.

When you calibrate a Monitor (I have a Spyder 5 elite) it's specifically set on that monitor and will continue to be calibrated until a few months later when it deteriorates.

So when you are working on specific projects, I'd advise pulling up photoshop on the main monitor that is calibrated. I understand both may be calibrated, but Desktop PC's prioritize the first screen monitor thats connected to the Graphics drive.
