You have 2 different ticket prices here, and each different ticket price should be multiplied by the number of people needing that price. So in this example, 12 adults each need a ticket, each ticket costs $19 . 12 x $19 + $money needed for adults. Likewise, 19 children each need a ticket that costs $9, so 19 x $9 = $money needed for the kids' tickets. Add up those 2 amounts to get the total. BUT...remember that the 20th person is complimentary (FREE), and that is figured on the highest price ticket - the adult ticket. So subtract $19 from that total to get the actual total with the discount.
