The way to ask if "everything is done and I can leave"?

For example, you go to the social security office to replace the lost SSN card. The government workers examined all your materials, and after some time they give you something back. However, they did not explicitly say everything is done and I can leave. In this case, what is a good way to ask if "it is done and I can leave"? After searching the internet and inquiring my friends, I have the following, >"Is it good?" >"Is that all?" >"Is this done?" >"Is this all I need?" I used the first question in another similar occasion today, but my conversation party got confused at the beginning. This motivates me to ask this question here. Any other suggestion are very much appreciated.
