Hey Kit,
For Part A, you multiply the time at each stop by the number of stops (.8x6) and then add the times in between each stop to get a total travel time of 17 min.
For Part B, you're using the same equation but solving for the time at each stop instead of the total time:
22.2 = 6x + 12.2
When you solve for x, you get that each stop is 1.67 min long. See my attached video for the full explanation.
