Your introductory sentence should address the overall content of all your responses.
"I received your letter with the four questions that you wish me to answer."
Then, I would flip each questions so that they are a part of my answers . For example, if the first question was asking you what your first job was, you might say:
"The first job I held was as a teller for Simmons Bank, Branch 47, in Nashville, Tennessee back in 1986."
After you answer the four questions that way, give a concluding sentence again addressing your overall content. For example:
"I believe I have answered your questions satisfactorily; please let me know if any more information is required."
