How to write an introductory sentence?

I have received a letter with four separate questions that are numbered from 1 thru 4. Now, I am going to prepare a reply letter and intend to provide my answers to each of these questions. Would you please share with me how to write an introductory sentences telling that my number one answer is for question one, and so on.

Answer 1

Your introductory sentence should address the overall content of all your responses.

"I received your letter with the four questions that you wish me to answer."

Then, I would flip each questions so that they are a part of my answers . For example, if the first question was asking you what your first job was, you might say:

"The first job I held was as a teller for Simmons Bank, Branch 47, in Nashville, Tennessee back in 1986."

After you answer the four questions that way, give a concluding sentence again addressing your overall content. For example:

"I believe I have answered your questions satisfactorily; please let me know if any more information is required."
