1) Find a target accent (usually one that mirrors the accent of those English speakers you have the most interaction with), and begin to consume media in that Target Accent. This can include Movies, TV Shows, Music, Radio, Podcasts, Commercials, or any other media that interests you.
2) Practice your speaking in front of a mirror. Pay close attention to the sounds being made and the way your voice sounds. In some cases, it can be helpful to use a prepared script/monologue in your Target Accent that you can listen to for comparison.
3) Record yourself. Make recordings (Audio or Video) of yourself speaking in your Target Accent, and play back those recordings (Don't worry we all hate the sound of our own voices).
4) Don't be too harsh on yourself, or let self-consciousness prevent you from getting out there and practicing your speaking skills. Language is a muscle, and it must be maintained or it will decay. Keep trying and keep speaking. As with all things in life, Time + Hard Work = Results.
