I am not aware of a rhetorical term that describes the way a particular person articulates dialogue. However, if you wished to show what syllable is being emphasized in dialogue so the reader can get a sense of the utterance, it is best to write the emphasized syllable in all caps, so, for example, if someone were to shout, "You are a traitor!", visually displaying how the person is pronouncing it would be, "You are a TRAI-tor!' or "You are a trai-TOR!' To use a stressed accent as one would do with the International Phonetic Alphabet would just make things confusing.
