Note: Too often in the business world, we try not to use the most effective syntax for communication: sentences written in active voice with Subject - Verb - Object construction.

"It is" or "There are" sentences are especially good at hiding information. Also bad are passive voice sentences where you have no idea where a process starts and ends. Example: "The project is approved." HOW????
