Joking aside, I'm not sure what you mean by "oxygen shots". While your blood does contain dissolved and bound forms of oxygen, a bolus or shot of oxygen into the blood stream would act in a similar manner to a circulating clot/thrombus. The "oxygen shot" could potentially get lodged in a small artery/vein and cause ischemia and potentially an infarct. In the brain it would be called a stroke, in the heart it would be called a heart attack, in the lungs it would be called a pulmonary embolism. If you can elaborate on what you mean by "oxygen shot" I could more accurately answer your question.
