a few vocabulary questions

Hello. I have a few more vocabulary questions for anyone who is fluent and could quickly provide some help. These did not come up in Google Translate correctly or were not in [farsidic.com](https://farsidic.com). If any of these are rarely used, please let me know. 1) Does سالیان سال mean "throughout the years"? 2) Does پروپاقرص mean enthusiastic? It was used to describe advocates in an article on Sadegh Hedayat so I assume so. 3) Does رانده شدن mean to be driven out of a location (not being driven in a car)? 4) Does حقابه mean a right to something? It may be Dari since it was used in a Dari article as حقابه ی توافق 5) The phrase سیاه نمای did not come up. I assume this means to speak badly about someone. It was used regarding government officials so I assume it means to say they are bad (black). 6) Does زدای mean declining or dropping/ 7) Does طاغوت mean tyranny or tyrannical? It was used to describe a regime. 8) The verb جلوه دادن means to give a display, but does this mean "to show off"? 9) Is خلق الساعه used for ad hoc, something done suddenly without planning? ​ Thanks for your help! ​ ​ ​ ​

4. not sure about the Dari translation. this word is a combination of آب and حق، usually use in a legal contexts as a water right for a river/lake
