How do I say "Have you spoken to A about B yet?"?

Quick question, how would I say "Have you spoken with your parents about me staying at your house yet?" Could it simply be 我问一下，关于我在你们家住几天， 你跟你的家庭说了没 ？ or does 关于 sound too formal？

Hi, from my opinion, it's totally okay except "你跟你的家庭说了没". You can go with "你跟你爸妈说了没” so it would sound more oral.

“家庭”---family & “父母”---parents

These are formal sayings. "爸妈” also means parents but it would be more oral.

The question can be: 你问父母我能在你家住了吗？

关于 does sounds too formal and political. 关于 is usually used at the beginning of a statement to introduce a topic.
