When used as nouns, vicino=male neighbor, vicina=female neighbor; when used as an adjective, it agrees in gender and number; when used as an adverb, it is vicino.
Using vicino or vicina?
Can someone explain if there is a difference in meaning or usage between vicino and vicina. As far as I can tell, they seem to be interchangeable, yet I've seen both used.
