Pros and Cons usually defer to one's opinions, so I'd stick with the adjectives over nouns. At times, you will use facts on a Pro and Con list, such as 'Physics is the study of motion,' but if you look at what you have there, a word like 'cheap' is completely relative to whomever is using it. For example, a $120 million real estate deal may be cheap to someone like Jeff Bezos or Warren Buffett, but for someone making $50K per year with no real savings, that may be expensive. The Pro and Con lists are useful for making any big life decision by outlining how you feel these aspects will help achieve your goal or dream.
