Which of the following is more appropriate / polite? I would like to bring a couple of facts (or things?) to your notice. OR I would like to let you know a couple of facts. Please advise.

Hi. Out of context honestly both sound a little bit awkward, but the second way of phrasing it is definitely more professional. I'd suggest saying something like, "Please allow me to explain a few facts about (topic). I think it's important for you to understand."
