Is 'at the time of writing' correct?

I am writing a technical document and I need to refer to the current point of time. Should I say 'at the time of writing', 'at the time of this writing', or 'at the time of writing this'? Are all acceptable?

"At the time of writing" is the most straightforward and succinct of those options, but each phrase could be adequately used so long as the context of the sentence is built around the way you phrase it.
