IELTS Speaking assesses your ability to express yourself in English. So first of all, you should make sure to improve your grammar and vocabulary. You might be fluent in English but use too many “filler words” (like... things... stuff.. ) which will lower your score, so avoid them and use precise language.
There are also a lot of videos on YouTube, if you want to see what it looks like. It is 9-13 minutes, and the speaking part consists of three parts.
