English Translation of Qa’ani Shirazi’s Poetry

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone could suggest to me a book that contains the English translations of Hakim Qa’ani Shirazi’s poetry. I am really interested in his (and Hafiz’s) poetry but I cannot find ANY English translations. I’d really appreciate any help in this matter!! Thanks!

There are a couple of English translations for Hafiz poems, one of them is : divan-hafez.com.

For Qa'ani, I was not able to find any, I will get back to you if I find something.
