Does this "coming up with" make sense?

(self-made) Does the "coming up with" make sense to you? My interpretation of what I am going to do is too complicated, involving three consecutive verbs, so I write three verbs in a temporaray order, and changing the last verb into the form of a participle. Can I do this?

this is a perfectly understandable and correct usage of this phrase. Other options are "finally, developing a new doctrine" "finally, building a new doctrine" "finally, establishing a new doctrine". There are actually many ways to do this, but yours is totally fine. Feel free to contact me if you'd like some help in the future.
