Hi Collin Y.:
I taught Business Communications for many years and, as a manager, reviewed hundreds of resumes. I told my students that when it comes to resume writing, the shorter the better. I said "the longer the resume, the more quickly you will lose the employer's attention."
Following is a suggestion to shorten your employment objective: "To obtain a position that will both utilize and sharpen my organizational stills."
As a prospective employer, I would see everything else as "fluff."
Hope this helps!
