I always like using the SDS- Self-Directed Search assessment. It's relatively inexpensive and can help you determine what areas you are interested in. You may know that you want to stay in the Human Resources field, but this can help you narrow down positions in that field or related ones to give you ideas of how your skillset can apply to multiple positions.
