As a non-native English speaker, how can I improve my accent?

The same way you learned your native accent as a baby. Listen to other native speakers talk and mimic how they pronounce words. Listening to music, television shows, and movies are a good way to do this. You could also have conversations with native speakers you may know, and ask them to help you with your pronunciation. They will be able to tell you which words you need to work on if you can't already tell yourself. Coming up with a list of words to focus on may help you, or you can just do it as you go.
