Which is correct, you will find or you will consider?

What is the correct way to write the following sentences? 1. We hope that you will consider the school welcoming, willing to listen and willing to respond to your questions. 2. We hope you will find the school welcoming, willing to listen and willing to respond to your questions. The second sentence is my attempt. The first sentence is my principal's attempt.

William N.

Brandy, I suggest that the second sentence is clearer but does not need the comma after the word "find."
