From the Pythagorean Theorem, the length of the adjacent side to θ is ....

From the Pythagorean Theorem, the length of the adjacent side to θ is


adj = square root(7^2-5^2)

= square root(24)

= 2 square root(6).


My question is how did they get the last part of the question? The 2 times the square root of 6?
