thanks can you help me with this part a: last year maddie sold 1200 tickets at $8 each. this year maddie reduced price by 25% whats the new price? part b: based on the new price how many more tickets do maddie need to sell to raise the same amount as last year.

8 * 1/4 = (8*1)/4 = 8/4 = 2 So the new price is 8-2=$6

1200 * 8 = 6 * x -> (1200/6) * 8 = x = 200 * 8 = 1600
