I think you need to check your question and repost it. I bet that the question, which you have written as
the sum of the height and base is 119cm and the base is bigger than the height with 7cm. calculate the area of the triangle
is actually
the sum of the height and base is 119cm and the base is bigger than the height by 7cm. calculate the area of the triangle
Please take a look and see if your question is correctly posted. As written, I'm really not sure what it means.
