2)what is the height of the triangle if the base is 7cm and the Area is 28cm

A = 1/2 * B * h

40 = 1/2 * 8 * h

40 = 4 * h

h = 10

2) 28 = 1/2 * B * 7

4 = 1/2 * B <-- divides both sides by 7

8 = B <--- doubles both sides
