My daughter was not able to see the tutor for the last part of the lesson and so had to correspond with her via email. While there was no problem with the tutor, I don’t believe we should have to pay full price for the lesson. Please ad use. Thank you.

I would suggest having a back-up option in the future. Technical issues, unfortunately, arise and it´s frustrating for everyone. I prefer Zoom as my platform for classes which is very reliable, but sometimes we have used FaceTime or Google Hangouts as an alternative. I´ve even had class by phone a handful of times.
