If I have a 82% in my Spanish class and the final is worth 10% of my grade will i still pass with a C or higher? I need to get a c or higher to get my credits!!

Since your current grade is an 82%, it would seem quite likely to attain at least a C as a final grade. While I do not know your grade scale, you would currently end with a 73% if you got a 0% on the final!
