This is a bit of a trick question because you really need more information, but I'd say the short answer is most likely E. Here's why:
A. This looks solid. The only issue I see is if you have borrowed the analysis itself from someone else (like copying their paper).
B. This is really specific, so it's a little hard to tell. If this is a quote, you have to put quotation marks. If you're using MLA and this is a paraphrase, then you're fine, but if this is APA then you've skipped some key information like the year. There could also be other authors with the name Johnson, so you'd have to clarify that if there are.
C. This is a tricky one because it's relying on memory. Never rely on memory when you can double-check. You could easily be confused.
D. The whole paragraph is cited at the end. The problem with this is that sometimes this implies that only the last thought is belonging to the author. Usually this wouldn't count as plagiarism since teachers especially will encourage citing at the end, but it can misrepresent information as belonging to you when it doesn't.
E. C&D - See above.
F. A-D - See above for confusions.
In short, you need more information, so this is kind of a poorly worded question, but C and D are the most likely to result in accidental plagiarism, so E is your best answer.
I hope that helped! :)
