1.50 x 16 = 24 (16 cookies)

40 - 24 = 16

16/2 = 8 cupcakes

1.50 x 20 = 30 (20 cookies)

40 - 30 = 10

10/2 = 5 cupcakes

1.50 x 24 = 36 (24 cookies)

40 - 36 = 4
