Note to student:  Lauren's response is correct, but I wanted to add a word of caution.  In single replacement reactions (which this is), you should consult an activities table to be sure that the element in question can/will replace the other.  In this case, Zn is more reactive than Pb, so it will replace Pb.  However, if it were the other way around, Pb(s) + ZnNO4, then there would be no reaction.
