Can you give me an examples of NUMBER problem involving rational equation? I need it in my project. ASAP.

 A number is equal to it's reciprocal.

 

 N = 1/N

 

N^2 = 1

 

N^2 - 1 = 0

 

(N+1)(n-1) = 0

 

N = 1 or N= -1

 

So 1 and -1 are the only two numbers

that are their own reciprocals
