Notice that the mass of the cat is listed in lb, whereas the flow rate is listed in kg.  The conversion factor 1 kg = 2.2 lb allows you to convert the mass of the cat from lb to kg.

 

Volume = mass x flow rate x time

 

(10 lb x 1 kg / 2.2 lb)  x 20 mL/kg-h x 3 h = 272.727 ~ 273 mL
