What are the dimensions of a rectangular prism if the volume is 200 000 cubic cm and the perimeter is 280cm? I don’t get this someone help please.

Perimeter applies only to a 2-dimensional figure, and volume applies to a 3-dimensional figure, and the given facts are not deterministic.
 
V = LWH and if the base is a rectangle then its Area is LW and the perimeter of 280 cm could be organized in various ways. if we were to assume that Perimeter of Base = 280 cm, that would mean that W could be 40 cm, L could be 100, giving base area 4,000 and in that case H would be 50 cm.
 
But there are other possibilities.
