then X = 6+Z, and y= 3Z , and X+ Y + Z = 96

 

substitute x = 6+Z , then 6+Z+Y+Z = 96

Substitute Y=3Z, then 6+Z+3Z+Z = 96, 6+5Z=96, 5Z=90, Z=18.

 

with Z =18, X= 6+18 = 24, and Y = 3x18=54
