PEMDAS solve (4a+3)(7a+2)

This is not a PEMDAS problem, it is a Distributive Law problem.

 

(4a+3)(7a+2)

     = 4a(7a+2) + 3(7a+2)

     = 4a·7a + 4a·2 + 3·7a + 3·2

 

Can you finish it from here?  Remember to combine like-terms.
