Hola Scott!
It depends which tense and mood you are talking about.(there are 3 moods: Indicative, Subjunctive and Imperative) And there are also regular and irregular verbs.
You separate the stem of the infinitive verb, drop the IR ending and add the endings corresponding to each conjugation. So if we are talking about the Present Tense and also a regular verb: the endings to add to each verb are:
-o,-es, -e, -imos, - is, -en
For example: verb "to print" = imprimir . The stem is imprim-
Yo imprimo
tu imprimes
el/ella/usted imprime
Nosotros imprimimos
Vosotros imprimis
ellos,ellas,ustedes imprimen
Different tenses will have different endings.

To conjugate the verb to live (vivir), you’ll remove the infinitive ending to find the radical viv- and then add the appropriate endings: 0,ES,E,EMOS,IS, EN.
Regular -ir Verbs
Verbos regulare
Verb to live - vivir
Yo vivO Nosotros vivimOS
Tú vivES Vosotros vivIS
Él/Ella/Usted vivE Ellos/Ellas/Ustedes vivEN

Hi Scott! I assume you are wondering about the present tense.
Here are your conjugations for an -IR verb.
VENIR - to come
Yo vengo
Tú vienes
Él/Ella/Usted viene
Nosotros venimos
Vosotros venéis
Ellos/Ellas/Ustedes vienen
I hope that helps!
