i need to solve a word problem....

Nba basketball legend Michael Jordan had a 48in. vertical leap. suppose that Michael jumped from ground level with an initial velocity of 16ft/sec. Michaels height h (in feet) at a time t seconds after he leaves the ground is given by h= -16t^2+16t. use the equation to determine the times at which Michael would be at height of 1 ft. round to two decimal places.
