there are 60 minutes in an hour, and we are 15 minutes away from the next, so we have to subtract that from the lesson time:
40 - 15 = 25
So we go from the 10 o'clock to the 11 o'clock once 15 minute pass, and we still have another 25 minutes left over:
11:00 + 25 minutes = 11:25
Think of it this way, the tens column doesn't reset to 0 when you go past 9, but go past 5 instead. Instead of going 197, 198, 199, 200, what happens is we have 1:57, 1:58, 1:59, 2:00
