Math story problem (PLEASE solve IMMEDIATELY)

Question

The selling of a television in a retail store is 66 dollars less than 3 times the wholesale price. If the selling price of a television is 899 dollars, write and solve an equation to find the the wholesale price of the television

899 + 66 = 3*X, X being the wholesale price.

 

965 = 3*x -> x = 965/3 -> x = 321.66 (and 2/3 of a cent)
