My daughter's eyes change as well. As you know eye color is determined by genetics. A very small percentage (5-8 percent) of the world's population has hazel eyes. I wish I could tell you they change based on mood or time of day. Everyone's unique in their own way. And with eyes as fascinating as hers, it's not a bad thing.
