How do i convert to index form?

No idea what i'm doing.
But how do i change

5 / 9 (a + 3b) ^7 to index form.

Could i also have your formula and your thought process to your answe

INDEX/INDICES ARE THE LITTLE NUMBERS INSERTED INTO THE 'NOTCH' PART OF A RADICAL SYMBOL, E.G. CUBE ROOT OF X CAN BE WRITTEN  BY PLACING a small 3 within the v-shaped  symbol "√"

 

Square roots are assumed when the index two is omitted from the symbol "√"

When you see x^¾, in radical form this will have 4 as the index in the notch, applied to x³

Your problem can be rewritten as (5/9)(a+3b)^-7 using a negative exponent.
